The noteworthy aspect of this financial achievement lies in the generosity of the donors, particularly the substantial contribution made by the esteemed spiritual leader Morari Bapu.
Hailing from Gujarat, Morari Bapu stands out as the highest donor, contributing a remarkable Rs 11.3 crore to the cause. Additionally, his followers based in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom have collectively gathered an additional Rs 8 crore.

Highest donation for ram mandir
Swami Govinddev Giri, the treasurer of the trust, shared insights into the tentative cost of the Ram temple, indicating that it might hover around the Rs 1,500-1800 crore mark.
Although the final cost is yet to be determined, initial estimates suggest that the main temple’s construction may range between Rs 300 crore to Rs 400 crore, while the outer development of the temple premises is expected to cost approximately Rs 1,100 crore.

The architectural details of the Ram temple are also taking shape, with the committee specifying that the temple will reach a height of 161 feet, making it one of the tallest in India. The carpet area of the temple has been expanded from over 16,000 square feet to an impressive 28,000 square feet.
The temple, constructed with pink sandstone known as ‘Bansi Paharpur,’ will consist of a ground plus two floors, deviating from the original plan that only included the first floor.
